Overview

Vivir means to live (to "reside", to "have life").
     Vivir is a regular -ir verb.

yo vivo I live
vives you live
Ud./él/ella vive you/he/she lives
nosotros/as vivimos we live
vosotros/as vivís you all live
Uds./ellos/ellas viven you all/they live

Vivo en Londres.
     I live in London.
¿Dónde vives?
     Where do you live?
Mi prima vive en Texas.
     My cousin lives in Texas. (female)
¿Con quién vive Ud.?
     With whom do you live? (formal)
Vivimos en un casita en las afueras de Berlín.
     We live in a little house in the suburbs of Berlin.
Vosotros vivís en Miami.
     You all live in Miami. (familiar - only used in Spain)
Mis abuelos viven en California.
     My grandparents live in California.
