Impersonal expressions use the impersonal se. It is used instead of the subjects one, you, they, people, or as passive voice.

Music is heard during the whole parade.

En Colombia solamente se usa el vos en dos ciudades que son Cali y en Medellín. En Medellín se habla con vos, de vez en cuando, entre novios sí utilizan el tú, pero generalmente con la familia, con los amigos es "vos". Cuando dices tú tienes, con vos, decís vos tenés, comés, tenés, dormís, vivís, se utiliza el tú pero no es muy muy común acá en Medellín. El tú es como más íntimo, más personal, más cariñoso, ¡más romántico sí!
In Colombia "vos" is used in two cities which are Cali and Medellin. In Medellin "vos" is spoken, from time to time, between romantic couples they do use "tú", but generally with the family, with friends it is "vos". When you say you have, with "vos", you say you have, you eat, you have, you sleep, you live, the "tú" is used but it is not very common here in Medellín. The "tú" is like more intimate, more personal, more affectionate, more romantic yes!
